The IMMOPARK Žilina project represents a modern industrial park with premises suitable for logistics, distribution and light industry, with office spaces available, situated on a 40-hectare land between international airport and expressway D1 and D3.
City of Žilina is the forth largest city of Slovakia with a population of almost 90,000. The largest foreign investor in the region is the Kia Motors plant.
Project offers more than 150,000 m2 logistic and industrial buildings in 3 zones.
