The IMMOPARK Košice project represents a modern industrial park with premises suitable for logistics, distribution and light industry, with office spaces available.

It is situated on a 60-hectare land between an international airport and the first-class Košice – Bratislava road. IMMOPARK Košice offers more than 250,000 m2 of logistic, industrial and office premises.
The sizes of individual parts are flexible and available from 1,100 m2. All the halls have been designed to offer the maximum efficiency to any tenant and may also be adapted to specific requirements.
